TSV Berg is fighting for a price correction in Pfullingen after defeat
After the exciting weekend in the association league, the footballers of TSV Berg not only washed their faces on Monday, but also had intensive discussions to analyze the causes of the 2: 3 defeat against TV Echterdingen. Despite a comfortable 2-0 lead, the Upper Swabia missed the game to bring the game home. Coach Oliver Ofenfausek spoke of a small "friction" in the cabin, which, however, seemed positively because it shows that his players do not indifferent the outcome of the game. "Tension creates energy," he said, thus taking the importance of considering such setbacks as an incentive.
to start the season with zero points from two games is not what the TSV Berg had imagined. After the opening defeat against the Young Boys Reutlingen (1: 3), the team is now at the top of the table of negative surprises, together with TSV Heimerdingen and FC Esslingen, who are also without meters. It is all the more important for the team, at the upcoming meeting with VfL Pfullingen, who has so far been unbeaten to score the first possible points.
Optimism
The encounter against Pfullingen could be a feasible task, even if the encounters between the two teams are often highly contested. Ofenfausek is convinced of the quality of the VfL: "They are keen to run and are characterized by high homogeneity. I see them more than the table suggests." He also points out the clear ball ownership statistics: his players had 72 percent possession of the ball in the past game, but could not make anything countable. A lack of opportunities for opportunities and negligence in standard situations led to the goals conceded that let the game tip over. "Positions were left, then it happens," explains Ofenfausek, who, however, is optimistic that these mistakes will not be repeated.
With a lot of understanding, Ofenfausek recognizes the difficult situation of the team, which is in a phase of new formation. He also reacted to the departures of key players such as Vlad Munteanu and Luis Pfaumann with a portion of patience: "We have to be careful that we don't become any training world champions." After all, the team has a lot in front of them. Despite the two defeats, the trainer speaks of a "great development" and firmly believes in his team's ability to improve.
New additions for fresh wind
The personnel location at TSV Berg has now recovered. With the return of Linus Held and the new additions Fikret Mert Aras and Markus Maurer, the offer of the squad is significantly reinforced. Aras in particular, who came from FV Ravensburg, has had a moving transfer history. After a short intermezzo at TSV Singen, where he moved a lack of perspectives to change, he will make his debut on Saturday when playing against Pfullingen. "He is very keen to walk and brings a lot of speed," emphasizes Ofenfausek and is looking forward to the new possibilities that Aras brings for the offensive game.
Markus Maurer, a former SV player player, will also return to the squad in the course of the next week. His path led him through the United States, where he played college football, but now he is ready to join TSV Berg and gain a foothold in the home league. Ofenfausek has great hopes for the upcoming games: "With these new players we can intensify our game and collect the first points." The anticipation for the next game is noticeable and the trainer believes that his team will demonstrate its quality in the near future.
