Kunstraub shakes Bad Münstereifel-open-air gallery destroyed!

Bad Münstereifel, Deutschland - In Bad Münstereifel, this year's open-air gallery experienced a abrupt and disappointing end. During the fair night, unknown people stole a work of art and in the night from 4th to October 5th a total of eleven other works in the Schleidpark were stolen. Project manager Waltraud Stening is stunned by the loss that puts the monthly voluntary work of the team and the artist in a dark light. "This is incredibly annoying and ultimately just demotivating," she says.

The Bad Münstereifel community foundation, which wanted to bring culture and joy into the city with the exhibition, is now injured. The thieves not only left empty space, but also took notice of announcement and hundreds of brochures. Despite the adversity, the foundation is grateful that the exhibition could be visited for three months and 3,000 information brochures were distributed. Now the organizers hope for donation -loving buyers who want to acquire the remaining works of art. The proceeds are divided among the artists and the community foundation.
