Adrenaline and tension: Central European Rally inspires in the region!
Waldkirchen, Deutschland - The Central European Rally has been thrilled by motor sports fans in the border triangle since Thursday! On Saturday and Sunday, the exciting special tests will take place in the Waldkirchen region and in the Passau district. The rally leads through picturesque places such as Jandelsbrunn, Neureichenau and Hauzenberg, which also leads to considerable road closures. On Saturday, the community connection streets from Raßreuth to Oberneureuth as well as the streets to Eastsöd and towards St. Leonhard in Austria from 5 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. are closed. On Sunday there is another block from 6 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on the route between Zielberg and Gsenget. The traffic in Passau will be restricted around Rathausplatz on Sunday from 6 a.m. due to the award ceremony.
The rally not only attracts viewers, but also free shuttle buses that start various fanzones, including the popular destinations around Jandelsbrunn. Nightmare for drivers: A bypass from the city of Passau is highly recommended to make room for the large spectators who want to follow the quick action. The award ceremony on Sunday at 3 p.m. promises the grand finale and is crowned with the unique trophies, manufactured by Freyunger Caritas employees. In addition, the Sunday, which is open in Hauzenberg, brings additional momentum with a spectacular corso of e-rally cars at 12 noon. The anticipation for an unforgettable motorsport event is increasing!
