Ceremonial anniversary: diocesan bishop Stefan Oster blesses Fatimakapelle

Bishop Oster recognizes the long history of the Fatimakapelle

Last Saturday (July 13) an important anniversary was celebrated in the parish: 70 years since the consecration of the Fatimakapelle. The diocesan bishop Stefan Oster was personally present, together with believers and clergymen like local pastor Tobias Keilhofer, Vicekan Msgr. Kajetan Steinbeißer, parish vicar P. Subin and pastor i.R. Johann Pöppel a service in the Church of Maria, help of Christians.

The Fatimakapelle has a long history and is of great importance for the community. It symbolizes faith and tradition and serves as an important place of prayer and prayer. In his speech, Bishop Oster paid tribute to the importance of the chapel for the believers and emphasized the importance of durability and belief in faith.

After the service there was a solemn light procession in which the believers pulled through the village to the chapel on the edge of the forest in a wide arc. Once there, Bishop Oster donated the blessing and underlined the spiritual connection of the community with this special place of veneration.
