The presentation of the tour in the forum Chancellor Palace on Wednesday evening was a complete success.

The Creators of this innovative tour, Sebastian Brähler from Kaleidos: Code and Anja Listmann, the representative for Jewish life of the city of Fulda, did masterly things with their work. The idea behind Doyo was to discover cities in a new way and make it accessible to everyone. This vision has now become a reality with the integration of the Jewish history of Fulda. The Doyo app, which already records over 15,000 downloads, now opens up the fascinating world of Jewish life from back then.

The tour not only offers historical insights, but also enables users to explore a 3D model of the synagogue destroyed in 1938-and even conveniently from home. This experience is aimed at all age groups, from students to discoverers of all ages. By integrating eight historical places, history is made alive and experienced.

A special honor was to present Liliana Hermann from Argentina, who establishes a direct connection to the past as a 13-time great-granddaughter of Lipmann Trepp, the Jewish court in Fulda. Roman Melamed, board member of the Jewish community of Fulda, is convinced that the digital tour will not only offer new knowledge, but also an enrichment for integration. The event was moderated by André König from VHS Fulda, who thanked everyone involved.
