in Gera, an illegal car racing ended dramatically: two Mercedes drivers, 22 and 36 years old, were injured in a race between the roundabout on the A4 and Gera-Trebnitz after they got off the asphalt road at high speed. The exciting race, in which they also endangered other road users, culminated in an accident that left a total damage to both vehicles. Around 30 meters of metal fence were torn down at the collision and a boulder was pushed against a motorhome.

The two men were taken to a hospital with injuries, while three ambulances and the fire brigade were used. The police have had their sights on the two speeders several times because of traffic offenses.
