On Friday, October 11th, the celebrated cellist Raphaela Gromes will perform the "Concert for Violoncello and Orchestra E minor" by Edward Elgar at 7:30 p.m. in the Altenburg Theater tent. She is accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra Altenburg Gera under the direction of Serbian conductor Bojan Suđić. As part of the 2nd Philharmonic concert entitled "Homage to Elgar", other well-known works, such as the "Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1 in D major", will also be heard.
