The S.I.G. Has its headquarters in Neu-Ulm and the acquisition also includes two locations in Erfurt and Jena. This IT system house, founded in 1997, generated sales of 25.4 million euros in the last financial year and currently employs 50 people. The takeover enables Bechtle to strengthen its market position in the Ulm region and to expand the portfolio to expand specialized "Industrial IT" services that include the tailor-made development of IT infrastructures and networks in the production environment.

The company name S.I.G. remains unchanged until further notice, which is a sign of respect for the established brand and its customer base.
