in Staufenberg, a picturesque place in the district of Gießen, the Lommhöpper, the former men's ballet of TV Mainzlar, brought their firmly rooted tradition to life on September 8, 2024. Every year, always on Friday before the start of the meteorological, they jump into the refreshing waters of the Lumda. This traditional event, which has existed since 2004, has established itself as an integral part of the carnival tradition in Mainzlar.
