In an exciting development in the field of astrophysics, the German Center for Astrophysics is financially strengthened with a campus in Görlitz and an underground laboratory south of Hoyerswerda. This is an important step to promote research and development in this area.
The signing of a paper with cornerstones for the construction and financing of the center by the state of Saxony and the federal government in the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Berlin marks a milestone.
