Dülmen-Nord, Deutschland - The Bausch + Ströbel Maschinenfabrik Ilshofen GmbH + Co. KG has achieved an important milestone in the development of its new production location in Dülmen-Nord. On May 6, 2025, the so -called column festival was celebrated, which marks the completion of the load -bearing components. The company has its headquarters in Ilshofen, Baden-Württemberg, and is planning the production of innovative insulators for pharmaceutical products at this new location. This will bring significant changes to the region, since around 150 jobs are to be created at the new location.

The construction of the production hall is realized by the Goldbeck branch in Münster, which is built for this, a building with an area of ​​5,000 square meters. The new construction project also includes a three-storey office building with an area of ​​almost 2,000 square meters and 60 car parking spaces. The completion of the entire complex is planned for early 2026. Dr. Hagen Gehringer, technology board at Bausch + Ströbel, describes the construction as a strategic investment in the future. The election of the construction company Goldbeck fell due to its innovative approaches in the conception phase and extensive experience with major projects in the Coesfeld district.

sustainability and expansion options

A central concern of Bausch + Ströbel is the sustainable construction. The new building is being built according to KfW Efficiency level 40, which guarantees high standards for energy efficiency and sustainability. Special features of the new production hall include an innovative wooden roof structure, powerful crane systems and a modern aluminum cassette facade in the entrance area. With a total size of 45,000 square meters, the entire project area offers space for future extensions, which could be necessary due to the increasing demand for Dülmen-Nord products, since the company has already started production in Rosendahl and reaches capacity limits there.
