Healing relaxation in the salt grotto: popular wellness oasis in Greifswald
In Greifswald, the Salzgrotte Alwine is overrun by owner Irina Kehr with a record demand. The appointments are in demand from cosmetic applications to relaxing stays in the salty air, which also offers health benefits for respiratory diseases. Despite the great rush, the wellness temple has to deal with serious personnel bottlenecks. Kehr, who currently only employs two employees, fights for support in service and organization every day. "We lack the third strength," says Kehr.
The 64-year-old is forced to work up to 70 hours a week, since the search for employees has so far been unsuccessful. She tries it over different channels, but so far without success. "It's just difficult to find employees," complains the Greifswaldin. She continues to keep her passion for the salt grotto and services motivated, but the pressure grows because the workload significantly limits your free time. Kehr wants more support in the background to be able to concentrate on the most important tasks. Further details on this challenging situation are at www.ostsee-zeitung.de
