Serious accident on L266: one person dead, several injuries!

On Friday, a devastating traffic accident occurred on the state road 266 in Bansin, in which a person was killed. The crash passed shortly before the intersection to Pudagla around 12:48 p.m. when two vehicles collided head -on. The exact cause of the accident remains unclear. One car was traveling with a driver from the Region while the other came from Saxony in which there were four people.

The occupants were caught in their vehicles and had to be saved by the fire brigade. An impressive contingent of emergency services was in action: two rescue helicopters, four ambulances and numerous volunteer fire brigades. The L266 remained completely closed during the accident.
