Social innovations: Students shape the future in Western Pomerania!

The Social Impact Challenges 2024 are just around the corner and promise to support social organizations in Western Pomerania with new ideas and innovative solutions! On November 7, 2024, an information event will take place at which students and scientists have the opportunity to exchange ideas with Expert and to get to know the challenges that they will master together. The first five institutions from Western Pomerania and Rostock present their specific problems on the project page www.impact-challenges.com.

The challenge includes topics such as social justice, environmental protection, education, health and economic development. Creative solutions are developed in structured phases - from finding ideas to prototyping. The participants can work intensively on their projects on November 14th and 15th in the Home Volkshochschule Lubmin. On November 26, the teams present their results at the final pitch in front of the audience and jury, which will give valuable feedback. This initiative not only offers added value for the participating institutions, but also practical experience for students who learn how to use solutions for real challenges.
