A quiet Friday morning took an unexpected turn for a 26-year-old Hagener when he was stopped by the police in Hagen-Haspe. The young man was checked by the officials on Kölner Strasse around 2.50 a.m. after he had parked his Dacia on a restricted area. The police found that the driver was under the influence of narcotics.

The 26-year-old told the officials that he had consumed various drugs a few days earlier. A voluntary drug -based test confirmed the suspicion, whereupon the man had to give up a blood sample and receive an advertisement. The police also prohibited him from continuing until the substances were completely broken down. After taking blood, the young man was allowed to leave the police station.
