On Monday, October 28th, two predatory extortion were informed in the area of the city library in Hagen. A 20-year-old Dortmund was surrounded by three young people aged 16, 16 and 18 years around 1:45 p.m. They asked him to show his wallet, but after he had no cash with him, they let him go without any further consequences.
A short time later, a 17-year-old was addressed in the same area by one of the 16-year-olds who wanted to dig 50 euros. After the Hagener presented his money, he received no repayment and was also threatened with physical violence. But when the police arrived, the young person immediately returned the money.
