New managing director at Edelkreis: Jungnitz takes over in Hameln!
Emmernstraße 183, 31875 Hameln, Deutschland - In Hameln, a change of management took place in the concept store Edelkreis today. Managing Director Philipp Meyer handed over the management to Michael Jungnitz at the end of March. This was previously home manager of the St. Monika in Hameln. The sales expectations for 2024 amount to 110,000 euros. Of these, 90 percent of the revenues flow to the diakonia and its free consulting facilities.
An additional aspect of the business model is that 11,000 euros (over 10 percent) are decided by 72 volunteers themselves. The supported facilities include the stationary hospice in Bad Pyrmont, the women's center in Hameln, the Evangelical Youth Service and the Pestalozzi School. Philipp Meyer received thanks to the construction of the Edelkreis store and its committed work.
New managing director brings experience with
Michael Jungnitz, born in Hameln and Catholic in 1960, is a trained industrial clerk. In the transition phase to retirement, he is 64 years old, married and has two children. Jungnitz attaches particular importance to the continued use of high -quality products and has also volunteered in the church, including in youth work and the scouts. Birgit Löhmann from the organization team was positive about Jungnitz and described him as a committed colleague for the business model.
The Edelkreis is managed by the Edelkreis Hameln-Pyrmont gGmbH, which belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran church district of Hameln-Pyrmont. The opening times of the location at Emmernstraße 183 are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The revenues rendered flow 100 percent into local diaconal and church projects. Projects such as “Wellcome” and “first equipment” are supported to support young mothers and their children.
