Peaceful Hindu Tempelfest in Hamm-Uentrop: Police draws a positive conclusion

Happy atmosphere at the Hindus temple festival in Hamm

Last Sunday, thousands of Hindu believers gathered to celebrate this year's Temple Festival in Hamm. According to the local police, the event, which traditionally takes place around the Hindu Temple on Siegenbeckstrasse

The temple festival attracted around 5,000 visitors who took part in the move or visited the bazaar. Despite the great rush, the arrival was largely smooth, apart from smaller backlogs on Autobahn 2.

During the festival, a total of 15 people treated, two of whom were taken to the hospital for further observation. The regulatory office of the city of Hamm was also in action and had to tow a vehicle, among other things, and impose warning funds in the area of the resting traffic.

Both the city administration, the fire brigade and the police were satisfied with the process after the festival and emphasized the positive atmosphere that prevailed among the visitors.
