New residential area in Wiescherhöfen: 30 row houses planned!
In the Wiescherhöfen Zecheniedlung, a green oasis becomes a building site! About 30 new row houses are to be built on a "Dünnebank" street "Dünnebank" on a plot of around 7,500 square meters. This procedure, despite the existing conservation and design statute, was recently approved by the City Council of Hamm. A residential park for young families is to be developed here, whereby the German row house appears as a potential builder to create attractive home ownership.
The city supports the plans because new living space is urgently needed. The house settlement is connected via a private access road, while parking spaces along this road are planned. There is a special focus on climate protection: bicycle parking spaces and charging stations for electric cars are to be set up, and the supply takes place through innovative, sustainable energy concepts. The construction project is accompanied by a public citizen forum where residents can express their concerns.
developer and city report that the construction has nothing to do with the character of the settlement and that an independent residential area should be created instead of a historical post. To learn more about the restructuring and its effects, read the full report here at www.wa.de .
