New era in Niederirsen: Districted by the municipal council and Andreas Knipp again elected mayor

The municipality of Niederirsen experienced a political turning point when the municipal council recently came together for the constituent session and Andreas Knipp again elected mayor. This special election practice, in which the local mayor is elected directly by the Council, is common in many communities, and Lower visions are no exception here.

Andreas Knipp welcomed the newly elected council members and headed the meeting, while the mayor of the Hamm/Sieg association, Dietmar Henrich, and his office manager Ingo Schöler were also present. Schöler explained the course of the elections, in which Knipp was unanimously confirmed as a local mayor, a re -election that brought him back into the office.

In addition to Knipp, other functions in the municipal council were also occupied, with Juliane Klein as the first deputy and Marco Lindenpütz as another deputy. According to the official appointments and sworn, the elected representatives were given applause from the local councils.

After the formal processes, Andreas Knipp received an honor from the Association of Cities and Municipalities from the hands of Mayor Dietmar Henrich. The members of the local council then celebrated the successful end of the session in the village community center.
