College round 2024: IG Metall demonstrates loudly in Hamm!

On Wednesday, October 30th, around 500 participants of IG Metall Hamm-Lippstadt gathered in the city center of Hammer for a demonstration that focused on the tariff round in the 2024 metal and electrical industry. The protest march started at 9:45 a.m. on Unionstrasse and moved over several streets such as Wilhelmstraße, Neue Bahnhofstraße, and Friedrichstrasse to Martin-Luther-Platz, where a final rally took place until around 11 a.m.

During the elevator, short -term traffic disruptions occurred. The police were on site to ensure the safety of the participants and the traffic regulation. Details on the events of the day can be found here
