The federal police checked its documents, which turned out to be fake. The man had presented a Czech passport and driver's license, but irregularities led to his arrest. In the course of the investigation, he stated that he was Polish citizens.

The research revealed that the man had been searched for with a European arrest warrant from Poland since 2022. He is accused of wanting to introduce a not inconsiderable amount of narcotics to Poland, which is why he still has to serve a residual imprisonment of almost a year.
