College: Drug courier with 900 grams of cocaine snapped on A2!
In the case of a vehicle control on the A2 at Porta Westfalica, customs duties from the Bielefeld customs stopped a drug courier on October 10, 2024 and secured sensational 900 grams of cocaine! The 40-year-old driver of a Belgian license plate stated that he was on the way to Hanover to visit a friend. Despite its negation to carry the forbidden objects, the car was checked in more detail - and that turned out to be a gold decision!
Under the passenger seat, the officials found five packages wrapped in aluminum foil, which quickly led to dangerous white substance. A drug test on site confirmed the suspicion: it was cocaine. The street value of the drug is between 50,000 and 80,000 euros! The accused was temporarily arrested that an arrest warrant from the Minden district court is available while he is now in custody. The Hanover customs investigation office continues the investigation on behalf of the Bielefeld public prosecutor.
Details of this incident are still sparse, but reports www.presseportal.de
