Bus driver with courage: knife attacker on the run - police are looking for witnesses!

A 46-year-old bus driver was victim of a raid in Giengen late in the evening. Around 10:45 p.m., when he ended his service and parked the bus at the train station, a stranger stepped into the driver's room and threatened him with a knife to ask for money. The brave driver refused and screamed loudly, threw his bag for the robber and stepped after him. The perpetrator then fled.

The police are now looking for the criminal who is between 40 and 50 years old, has a size of around 1.65 to 1.70 m and is built vigorously. He has short, partly groomed hair and wore blue jeans and a blue jacket with a green sweater underneath. The robber spoke little German, which indicates alleged origin from the Balkans. Fortunately, the bus driver remained unharmed and immediately alerted the police, who searched for the perpetrator with several patrol cars, but without success.
