In a dramatic incident in Alte Viernheimer Straße, a 30-year-old man resisted the police. On Thursday, September 26th, witnesses alerted the police after the man had thrown eggs against a building. The patrol police, which quickly moved, put the suspect nearby and undertook him. But the man refused to give his personal details and suddenly ran away.

The two police officers, 24 and 27 years old, were able to catch up with him quickly. When arrested, there were violent clashes in which the suspect made massive resistance and even injured the two police officers. An official then had to end his service prematurely. The arrested also suffered injuries and is now facing an investigation towards resistance to enforcement officers. The police ask witnesses to report information about the incident.
