27-year-old after sexual abuse of children in custody

A 27-year-old man sits in custody after being suspected of sexually abused two 9-year-old children on Saturday evening (October 5th). The crime occurred in a residential building where the perpetrator noticed by other residents and those present and was held until the police arrived.

The police arrived quickly and arrested the man for the time being. On Monday (October 7th), at the request of the Darmstadt public prosecutor, he was brought before a investigative judge who ordered the custody. The suspect was brought to a correctional facility. The investigation into the exact circumstances of the crime and the backgrounds are still underway.
