On Tuesday morning, October 8, 2024, shortly after 10:30 a.m., a dramatic incident occurred on the Bundesautobahn 66 near Wiesbaden-Erbenheim. A silver Mercedes SLK lost control in a curve and collided with the protection plank. The accident occurred when the vehicle just turned from Boelckestrasse to the A66 towards Frankfurt.
