Kassel in climate fever: Last generation blocks streets and sets a sign!

This afternoon there was a meeting of the “Last Generation” activist group, which was reported by the police. Around 20 members moved through the city center, starting from the Goethe facility and reached the police headquarters, where they were criticized at around 3:45 p.m. The activists expressed their opinion in short speeches and ended the rally around 5:45 p.m.

At the same time, small groups of climate activists blocked several streets and intersections, which temporarily caused traffic disabilities. In addition, the police noticed another group that attached posters at the town hall. However, these could be removed without any problems. The situation remained tense until the early hours of the evening, but the police monitored the activities of the assembly as a whole.
