in Fulda, the federal police have registered a fresh case of illegal graffiti! Unknown sprayers have defaced a Hessian state railway with colorful smears of a total of 15 square meters. Vandalism was discovered on the morning of October 6th at 7:30 a.m. by an attentive train employee.
