On Sunday, September 29th, the Rüsselsheim police carried out a speed measurement in Walter-Flex-Straße between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. This measure came about due to complaints from residents about frenzied drivers. In this area there is a speed limit of 30 km/h.

The results were alarming: a total of eleven drivers crossed the permissible speed. The sad leader was a 36-year-old man who was flashed with a whopping 58 km/h. He now threatens a sensitive fine and a point in Flensburg. With this campaign, the police underline the importance of traffic safety in residential areas.
