In the calm waters of the Rother reservoir and along the foot of the Great Like Mountain, a fascinating world is created: Biber have built a variety of dams and lakes within a few years that offer a remarkable variety of habitats. These “water forest worlds” not only attract residents from the wildlife, but also attracted a previously unknown variety of species.
The beavers that are considered skillful engineers have laid out and perfected their castles. With a total of 19 insenses and water depths of up to two meters, they unintentionally created a huge shared apartment in which up to six beavers live together.
