A 23-year-old man from Niersbach was caught on Saturday evening, around 2:10 a.m., in Kaiserslautern at the wheel of a car with a dangerous alcohol level of 1.22 per thousand. The police checked him on Eisenbahnstrasse and immediately found the bad smell of alcohol.
