Driver without a driver's license: Police reveals drug sinners in Kaiserslautern!
On Monday afternoon, the police in Kaiserslautern caught two drivers without a valid driver's license. The first suspect, a 31-year-old, drove directly to a checkpoint where the officials found that he was not entitled to drive a car due to an existing drive. A few hours later, the police stopped a 17-year-old scooter driver who was also on the road without a valid driver's license.
In the investigation, the young people showed drug abnormalities and confessed that they had consumed hashish in the morning. A urine test showed a positive result on cannabis, whereupon he was brought to the office in order to give a blood sample. Criminal proceedings for driving without driving license were initiated against both drivers, while an administrative offense procedure for driving under anesthetic infection was also opened against the scooter driver.
