FCK mascot Betzi stolen for the third time-who is behind it?

In the Palatinate Forest, the wooden figure of the Betzi FCK mascot was stolen again, for the third time within a few weeks. On Saturday morning, Stefan Niederlechner, the wooden artist from Leimen, noticed that Betzi, who had only been set up shortly after the last theft, had disappeared again. The figure was barely 24 hours in their place between Leimen and Johanniskreuz, when the unknowns were struck again on the holiday, October 3. Niederlechner has already announced to work on a fourth Betzi figure to replace the loss quickly.

In order to prevent future thefts, Niederlechner is thinking about securing the next figure with a wild camera, which was already considered after the second incident. Several people have even contacted him who are willing to donate to the camera. It remains unclear who is behind the repeated thefts. Niederlechner does not believe that it is FCK fans because the characters are always violently removed. Further details and background information on the incident are in an article by www.swr.de read.
