Kaiserslautern - On the morning of September 5, 2024, the federal police in Kaiserslautern was alerted. A call from the Deutsche Bahn emergency control center announced a rioting person in a regional express. The situation quickly developed into an incident that put control on the train.

According to witnesses, the man had tried to steal her cell phone unnoticed by a sleeping woman. Fortunately, the woman woke up at the right moment and noticed the attempted theft, whereupon the man immediately left the cell phone. A happy coincidence that initially defused the situation.

The further investigations by the police showed that a residence procedure from the Koblenz public prosecutor's office had been initiated against the man in terms of violation of the Residence Act. This increases the complexity of the situation and raises questions about the background of the man and his legal position in Germany. In these cases, the right of residence plays an important role and can have far -reaching consequences, especially since violent or aggressive behavior in public space.

After the police measures, the man was released for the time being, but investigative proceedings were initiated against him. These include suspicion of theft, sneaking out services and insulting.
