Andreas Schröpfer succeeds Michael Schröpfer in the management of the Hardstiftung Karlsruhe
The Hardstiftung in Karlsruhe has a new ladder. In the Brunhilde-Baur-Haus on the site of the Badisches Latest News in Neureut, the long-time board member Michael Schröpfer handed over his office to his successor Andreas writing.

Andreas Schreib, 44 years old and from Lower Bavaria, takes up the position of Michael Schröpfer, who has managed the Hardstiftung an impressive 28 years. The Hardstiftung gained nationwide awareness, among other things by opening the first baby flap in Baden-Württemberg in her house on Schönenberger Strasse in Neureut, where 30 babies have now found a new start.
The Hardstiftung is an Evangelical Foundation that operates various youth and adult help facilities in Karlsruhe and is part of the diakonia. The transition in the management marks a new era and the continued support of social programs.
On the day of the change of staff, numerous speakers, including BNN boss Klaus Michael Baur and various representatives from politics and diakonia, the merits and the commitment of Michael Schröpfer for the Hardstiftung. Schröpfer was praised as a pioneer and sponsor of the foundation, who made a decisive contribution to the development and promotion of social programs.
The Hardstiftung under Schröpfer's management took care of disadvantaged children and different generations. The Brunhilde-Baur-Haus offers answers to social challenges and serves as a model for future social initiatives in the region. Klaus Michael Baur emphasized the Christian character of the Hardstiftung as an essential component of its identity and performance.
