Karlsruhe celebrates: An unforgettable city festival full of highlights!

Karlsruhe comes to life on the second weekend in October! The city center turns into a fairground that offers families, friends and celebrations a wide range. With numerous hands -on activities for children, delicious dishes at around 30 food stalls and a colorful supporting program, the city festival ensures unforgettable moments and attracts tens of thousands of visitors. The highlights are the music contest "Golden Guitar" with talented bands and the captivating band "The Dicken Children" on Saturday evening. The big 90s party with DJ Charly Thorn ends the day in the ceremony.

An absolute highlight is the pole vault event "Karlsruhe jumps!" In the Schlosspark, where world-class athletes, including Olympic candidates, compete against each other in a spectacular backdrop. In addition, street artists enchant the city center with its performances, including an impressive air artistic show at a dizzying height. The shops open on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and offer an autumn shopping experience, framed by musical appearances.
