New concept for the ARD radio game days: more radio plays and stars in Karlsruhe!
The ARD radio play days in the ZKM Karlsruhe, which take place in early November, promise an exciting program without competition. On the occasion of their 20th anniversary, price creation is dispensed with, instead numerous unpublished radio plays are presented. The event organized by the Südwestrundfunk will open on November 7 at 8 p.m. with a live radio play based on texts by E.T.A. Hoffmann, Performed by Matthias Brandt and jazz musician Jens Thomas.
For the first time, visitors have to buy tickets for some events, including the live radio play "The Specter of Canterville" with Oliver Rohrbeck on November 8th. A Highlight of this year's radio play days is a visit to Lars Eidinger, who will be DJ on November 9 from 10 p.m. In addition to top -class performances, a free program is also offered, with several radio plays in full daily. The popular children's hearing match day on November 10 rounds off the offer, where, among other things, a live radio play about "Till Eulenspiegel" is performed.
