young people discover nature: on an expedition with "Youth in Nature" in Karlsruhe

"Youth in Nature" in Karlsruhe offers young people the opportunity to research insects, mice and mushrooms, to go to excursions together with experts and to meet like -minded people. The program is looking for motivated participants between the ages of 12 and 18 for the coming school year. Interested parties can now register on the website to take part in this special program of the Baden-Württemberg State Nature Conservation Association.

One of the driving forces behind "Youth in Nature" is group leader Stefano Marci, an experienced biologist, nature lover and accomplished guide. He has been in charge of the Karlsruher Group for three years and emphasizes the unique character of the series of events. "We have the chance to go to excursions with experts in the field of flora and fauna. These professionals give us insights into their work, share their passion for their field and point out of exciting discoveries," explains Marci.

In this coming project year, six full -day events are on the plan, which Marci is planned. In autumn, for example, an excursion is planned to be small -eyed, in which the group is learned more about different types of mouse. Furthermore, a mushroom excursion and a research day on insects are planned. Young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who have a deep interest in nature and their living beings are welcome at "Youth in Nature".

The one -time participation fee is 75 euros, with discounts possible. In addition to Karlsruhe, there are also project groups in the large areas of Freiburg, Stuttgart, Ravensburg and Tübingen. "Youth in Nature" is carried out with the support of the Ministry for the Environment, Climate and Energy Service Baden-Württemberg and is part of the "Initiative Special Protection" of the State Nature Conservation Association of Baden-Württemberg.
