Fun and security: ADFC bike youth teaches cycling in Karlsruhe with play and joy

like Karlsruhe children should become safe cyclists

In the Nottingham facility in the heart of Karlsruhe, children meet to playfully learn to cycle in a playful way. The ADFC's bike youth offers a leisure offer that should give the children fun and security.

Anton, a seven -year -old in a yellow bike jersey, is enthusiastic about the event and just wants to have fun. It is his first time with such an activity, and he can't wait to leave.

The head of the ADFC cycling, Stephan Siegert, emphasizes that the program is not about traffic education, but about a playful experience. With various floor elements such as ramps, shaking routes and slalom courses, the children should win safety on the bike.

For the children, it is an exciting challenge to master various exercises, such as balancing on a tram rail. Although it is difficult at first, the children are enthusiastic and ambition to improve their skills.

The course with seven to nine stations can also be rented for company events and school campaigns. The cooperation with the Max Planck Gymnasium in Rüppurr shows the commitment to sensitize children and young people in Karlsruhe to safe cycling.

The events in the Nottingham facility take place three more times-on August 17, October 22nd and November 16. Regardless of the weather, the bicycle course under the large roof of the facility offers a safe environment for the children to further improve your cycling skills.
