The city of Kassel and its surrounding area are in the spotlight, while the HNA starts a comprehensive survey on the quality of life in the region. This survey, known as the "Heimatcheck", aims to gain valuable insights into the opinions of the citizens. This could not only influence the steps of those responsible, but also improve the life of the residents directly.

The HNA invites all residents of Kasselein and the surrounding area to share their views of various aspects of life in the city. The survey includes 29 questions that cover the quality of the gastronomic offer, the housing situation and security perception. Anyone who lives in Kassel or has a connection to the region can take part in the survey.

a contribution to the community

A central goal of the home check is to promote the direct address of the citizens to improve living conditions in the region. The data collected should not only be used for editorial preparation, but also serve as the basis for dialogues with those responsible at the political level. According to Axel Grysczyk, editor -in -chief of the HNA, a region is to be followed by "what may cause problems for citizens."

participation and incentives

The survey only takes about five minutes and ends in a month. As an incentive for the participants, 20 vouchers worth 50 euros each are raffled off in order to motivate citizens to participate. The possibility of leaving suggestions in the open free text field creates a platform for individual suggestions that could further increase the quality of life.

The way to improve

The answers of the participants are evaluated anonymously and not representative, whereby professional support is obtained from an agency that has already gained experience with similar projects in other German cities. The detailed analysis of the survey results will be published in the HNA in the coming months and the concerns of the citizens are discussed.

The HNA is looking forward to the reactions and hopes for a high level of participation. The results of the survey could not only expand the view of Kassel itself, but also help to actively shape and improve the city.
