Kassel visitors lost money on the ticket machine-errors remain unclear!
Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe, Kassel, Deutschland - A shield stroke from Kassel causes resentment: a couple from Thuringia wanted to buy an NVV multiticket at the Wilhelmshöhe station during their vacation. Hartmut Bergner, the former police officer, threw a ten-euro note and a 50-cent coin, but the machine did not register the appearance and instead asked for another 9.80 euros. After an unsuccessful attempt to cancel the process, Bergner only got the coin back.
Despite the personal report in the NVV customer center, the couple has been waiting for feedback for three weeks. Bergner is irritated because he only received an automatic receiving confirmation. The North Hessian Verkehrsverbund has now been frenzy and confirms that similar symptoms have been received by other passengers. The machine will be checked for a defect while the couple hopes for reimbursement. The Kassel Verkehrs-Gesellschaft KVG has already announced that the defective machine has been repaired and that the processing of the refund continues due to illness in the company. Details of the incident can be found in a report www.hna.de are read.
