Gerald Möhrlein, Kitzingen district chairman, opened the evening with the words: "The voluntary commitment is what defines us." The well -known Karlstadt cabaret artist delighted the guests with a humorous program and ensured a relaxed atmosphere that was dedicated to the volunteers as thanks for their tireless efforts.

The event is part of a new volunteer strategy of the AWO district association Lower Franconia, which aims to strengthen support for volunteers. Lisa Kriesinger and Carina Pruy organized the evening, which not only provided entertainment, but also served as a platform for networking during mealing.
