Nord course, on the other hand, shows another side of the region. On 305 kilometers, cyclists cross not only the gentle hills of the Tecklenburger Land, but also historical cities. Here the cyclists await sights such as the Steinfurt Castle and Burg Bentheim Castle, which fit into a fantastic nature.

The east course leads the cyclists through the eastern Münsterland to the valley of the Lippe, embedded in a gentle hilly landscape, which is characterized by horses and riders. Enchanting locks such as Hovestadt Castle and the Liesborn Abborn invite you to spend the day in nature and experience the history of the region up close.
