a feast for the whole family - the extensive Klever fair program

For the residents of Kleve and the surrounding area, a very special highlight is imminent: the Klever Kirmes 2024. In addition to the exciting rides and delicious treats, the festival offers a varied program that is equally suitable for young and old.

A highlight of the Klever Kirmes is the traditional rifle parade, which takes place on Saturday, July 13th. From 2:45 p.m. a variety of shooting and music clubs will move through the city center of Kleve and finally end on the square in front of the Koekkoek Museum.

After the rifle parade, Mayor Wolfgang Gebing will prick the first barrel beer in front of the drinks out of the drink "thirst quencher". Then visitors have the opportunity to benefit from discounted prices on the entire fun fair for an hour.

Another highlight of the Klever Kirmes is the family day on July 18. On this day, all showmen grant discounts all day so that families can spend a fun day at the fun fair.

The festival finally ends on Sunday, July 21st, with a cozy morning pint from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. While the adults can enjoy drinks at reduced prices, the children also receive discounts on the rides.

The crowning conclusion of the Klever Kirmes is a breathtaking fireworks display that will take place on Sunday evening on the grounds of the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences. The fireworks will start at around 11:00 p.m. and turn the sky over Kleve into a sparkling spectacle.
