Lower Rhine wine dream: Antoniazzi's first year convinced!
A winemaker from Geldern on the Lower Rhine draws a first positive conclusion of his wine production: about 800 liters of wine is created from 1000 kilograms of his grapes. Despite a rainy May and June that reduced the harvest a little, the quality remains excellent. The winemaker, Antoniazzi, processes the mushroom -resistant grape varieties and this year has produced over 5000 bottles of his first wine, which he sells for 15 to 20 euros per bottle. The sale takes place both in his small shop and online.
Now the crucial phase of vineyards begins for Antoniazzi. Daily controls of the sugar content, the acid and the pH value of the wine are essential to achieve the optimal balance. While he tastes his still unganned Muscaris, he radiates joy: his wines created by the hard work and passion not only convince him, but also his family and friends.
