Together with the young and dynamic 27-year-old skipper Mia Licht, grew up in the picturesque vineyards of this area, control you by houseboat through idyllic ports between Trier and Koblenz. Here, where vacation dreams come true, discover the culinary treasures of this unique river landscape.

The two chefs known as good friends are determined to explore the specialties of the Moselle and create delicious summer dishes. Her adventures begin in the picturesque marina of Senheim, where you invite not only your charming skipper, but also the regional producers for your evening feasts. A festival of the senses awaits the audience!

But that's not all: the next challenge leads Björn to the tranquil Neef, where he visits Bremm-Gerhards family. The couple has been breeding the Rare Red vineyard peach variety for over two decades. In a harmonious cooperation, Björn and the family test the juicy fruits and support the overloaded branches with wooden posts - a true delicacy that promises a delicious dessert!

Meanwhile, Frank swings the reins in the Vulkaneifel, where he lends hand in the Holtmann family's goat. Sustainability is very important here! After a lively goat hike, the star chef in the ripening room helps with refining the cheese trade and tries a refreshing beer that is brewed with goat whey - a pleasure of the extra class!

Björn ends his journey of discovery in an enchanting vinegar manufacturer in Ediger-Eller, which is run by the former chef Herbert Budweg. Over 4500 bottles of high -quality Moselle wine are stored here! Together, create an exquisite vintage vinegar - a real highlight for every gourmet. With a special snake zucchini from Herbert's enchanted garden, equipped with fresh ingredients, it goes back to the houseboat.
