Choice for the Advisory Board Migration: 45,000 voters in the Mayen-Koblenz district!
In the district of Mayen-Koblenz, around 45,000 eligible voters live for the Advisory Board Migration and Integration, about half of them without a German passport. All people who have been living in the district at least 16 years old and have been living in the district for at least three months have recently received their postal voting documents. These eligible voters and those who already have German citizenship were able to be entered in the electoral register by October 20, 2024 in order to also receive election documents.
The CDU Mayen-Koblenz nominated 10 committed candidates at a general meeting who stand for election on November 10th. Led by Ernst Einig, an experienced voluntary integration assistant who worked as a deputy chairman of the advisory board, the team promises to work strongly for people with a migration background. "Migration has become more important and has become a matter close to my heart," said unique. The candidates are both experienced politicians and people with a migration background who want to promote integration work.
