Fire brigade use in Reichenau: Alarm in the hotel led to safety operation

In the quiet community of Reichenau-Mittelzell, the fire alarm system of a hotel and restaurant alarm beat the alarm on Saturday evening, October 26, 2024. At 6:51 p.m. the volunteer fire brigade started to move, alarmed by the integrated control center Konstanz. The guests of the restaurant were waiting relaxed in the foyer, while the rescuers made a thorough examination in the attic. Fortunately, there was no fire and no danger. Everything was secured with the latest technology, including a thermal imaging camera.

21 courageous firefighters, under the direction of Deputy Commandant Marcus Deggelmann were in action, supported by the aerial ladder of the Constance fire brigade and the police. The assignment ended at 7:45 p.m. after the fire alarm system was set up and the operator was informed.
