New car sharing highlight in garden city: more mobility for Krefeld!

Am Insterburger Platz in Gartenstadt was recently opened Krefeld's 19th Carsharing station, an important step in the city's urban mobility strategy. Car sharing, in which citizens use cars together instead of owning themselves, is becoming increasingly popular - not only because of the cost saving, but also as an environmentally conscious alternative to your own car. The initiative is part of a comprehensive integration plan for electromobility, which, among other things, provides for the expansion of mobile stations. In addition to car sharing, offers for bikes and e-treads are also to be created in these mobile stations. A citizen survey is currently running to find out which mobility offers are missing from Krefeld women and where they would like to have them.
